To set clear customer expectations: Standard shipping for U.S. orders is free. Orders are generally processed in 1–2 business days and estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days after dispatch. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

For practical reference and transparency: Customers can request a no-reason return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Lava Lamp pays approved return shipping and provides a prepaid label or equivalent arrangement. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. Orders may be canceled before shipment; after shipment, the Refund Policy applies.
